Rental of the spaces at the Frisco Discovery Center is open to everyone:

Three Steps to Renting at the FDC:

  1. Contact us! Email sroland@friscoarts.org or call 972-668-5180 and ask for Sharon.
  2. Execute the contract
  3. Pay a deposit to secure your date(s)/space

Conference Room: 15X27 ft 

Black Box Theater: 2,300 sq. ft; 141 occupancy, seats 120

Special Events Center: 20,000 sq. ft; 1,000 occupancy

Workshop: stage and construct for productions/events

Main Art Gallery: 3,588 sq. ft

Reception Gallery: 855 sq. ft

Rehearsal Space: 572 sq. ft

Dressing Room: 583 sq. ft., fully equipped with counters, make-up lighting, costume storage, and restrooms

Green Room: furnished with banquet area and comfortable seating

Box Office Ticketing Window: internet connection available

Concessions: includes refrigerator, ice maker, and sink
